Way to workProject based · ongoing partnership

Two ways.
One standard.

No two projects are the same. Choose the shape that fits, and we will scope the work together.

01

Project
based

One challenge. One clear scope.

Have a single thing to make? A launch film, a photo shoot, a product redesign or a new identity. We define the scope and deliverables together, agree a fixed price, and sign a simple contract before we start.

  • Scope together on a call
  • Fixed price and timeline, agreed up front
  • Clear deliverables and revision rounds
  • Any craft: video, photo, design or brand

Ongoing
partnership

Your monthly creative partner.

For a campaign or a steady monthly need, work with S2DO at a fixed monthly cost. We agree the volume, rate and term together, then keep delivering.

  • Monthly volume across any service
  • One fixed monthly cost
  • A term that fits your campaign
  • One lead and one point of contact

How a project runs

You always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Conversation

A short discussion of what the business needs, who it is for, and what success looks like. No deck required.

  2. 02

    Scope & proposal

Deliverables, timeline, revision rounds and price in writing, agreed before work begins.

  3. 03

    Make

Direction, production and iteration, with checkpoints so the final delivery is not a surprise.

  4. 04

    Handover

Organised files in the formats you use, with source files where appropriate and usage rights in writing.

Partnership examples

A rhythm built around your work.

01

Campaign sprint

For example, four AI video ads a month over three months. Concepts, direction, platform sizes and cutdowns, with regular reviews and a term that ends with the campaign.

02

Always-on content

A shoot day plus edits each month. Studio or location photography, retouched selects and short video from the same production.

03

Design on tap

Product and brand design support through agreed hours or a request queue. Keep the design system current and maintain a direct creative relationship.

What shapes the price

The quote should not be a mystery.

01

Scope

How many deliverables, and how finished each needs to be.

02

Volume

A recurring rhythm and a one-off production are priced differently.

03

Usage rights

Organic social, paid media and broadcast have different requirements.

04

Timeline

Compressed schedules are discussed and priced openly.

05

Revision rounds

Two are standard; additional rounds can be agreed from the start.

06

Production needs

Talent, location, travel and licensing are listed separately in the proposal.

Always included

Clear scope. Direct access.

01

A written scope

Deliverables, dates and price before the work starts.

02

Direct access

Work with the creative lead, without messages passed through an account layer.

03

Files you can use

Organised delivery, with source files where appropriate.

04

An honest no

If the brief or budget cannot reach the goal, we say so early.

Common questions

Before we
get started.

What is included in a revision round?

Written notes plus one implementation pass across the deliverable. Changes outside the original brief are scoped and quoted separately.

Why don’t you list prices?

No two projects are the same. A short conversation lets us quote your actual scope instead of guessing.

How does a retainer work?

We agree a monthly volume across the services you need, a fixed monthly cost, and a term that fits your campaign. You have one point of contact throughout.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We can sign one before confidential material changes hands.

How do payments work?

Project work is typically split 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly. Your signed proposal sets the terms for your engagement.

Can a project become a partnership?

Yes. Start with one project, see how we work together, then move to a monthly arrangement if the volume makes sense.

What if the scope changes?

We stop and quote the change. You approve the revised scope, cost and timeline before we continue.

Do you work with agencies and in-house teams?

Yes. We can work inside an existing team, following its brand guidelines and tools.

Can a retainer be paused?

Yes, with notice before the next billing cycle. The notice period and other terms are agreed in your proposal.
