Who this notice covers
This notice describes the S2DO Media portfolio website and inquiries sent to alireza@s2do.media. S2DO is the independent creative studio of Alireza Paryas, serving Orange County, Los Angeles and clients remotely.
Information you choose to share
This site has no contact form, account registration or checkout. Contact links open your email application. If you email the studio, we receive your address, message, attachments and any project information you provide. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary and an appropriate way to share it has been agreed.
How inquiry information is used
Information you send is used to respond, understand your brief, prepare a proposal, manage an agreed engagement and keep necessary business records. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Website delivery and browser state
The hosting service may process request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. This build includes no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Gallery choices and page position are kept in browser history for navigation; they are not sent to the studio as a profile.
Video and external links
Photos and fonts are served with this website. The public film loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced player only after you choose Play. At that point your browser contacts YouTube, whose own privacy practices apply. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, app stores and client websites take you to services the studio does not control. You may choose not to load the player.
Service providers and sharing
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Project information may be shared with agreed collaborators where needed for the work. The studio does not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-site advertising. Information may also be retained or disclosed where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry and project records are kept for the relevant business purpose and any applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask what information the studio holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email alireza@s2do.media. Requests are considered subject to applicable obligations and any information needed for an active engagement.
Security and changes
No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use an agreed secure channel for confidential project material. This notice will be revised if website features or information practices change; the revision date appears above.
